About Us

Annika is passionate about relationships, discipleship, and journeying with students and young adults as they become part of the body of Christ. With a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Seminary, over a decade of youth ministry experience and leadership roles in the CRCNA, and now Program Manager for Generation Spark, she enjoys combining ministry, psychology, and family systems knowledge to help those around her live into their calling to be God's family. Annika and her husband have a spirited six-year-old here on earth and a beloved babe up in heaven. In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, coaching track & field, and will never turn down the opportunity to go white water rafting.

Annalise Radcliffe is the Director of Discipleship and Innovation for the Reformed Church in America. She is passionate about all generations feeling connected to their faith. She works bivocationally as an Executive Mission Pastor for her church City Chapel. She pastors alongside her husband, Ron. Together they have two children who daily remind her of commitment to supporting faith communities include all generations into their life together.

Ruth Langkamp is the Associate Director of Discipleship and Church Innovation for the Reformed Church in America (RCA). Ruth is a Calvin University graduate and a lifelong learner. Longing for the embracing of our younger and older generation in relational spaces, Ruth works to walk alongside all motivated leaders as they sit in a space of vulnerability to learn together to better listen, empathise and strategically move forward in discipleship building practices. She is pursuing her Masters of Divinity at Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Michigan. She enjoys cooking, going on camping/hiking adventures and cultivating spaces with love and integrity.

Ron deVries is the Youth and Emerging Adult Ministry Consultant for the Christian Reformed Church in North America, the Ministry Ambassador for Thereforego Ministries, and serves as one of the leadership for Generation Spark. Ron is ordained in the CRCNA, is passionate about leadership development and making youth, young adult ministries relevant in the church. Ron is a speaker for SERVE (Short term missions for students), loves to share the gospel, is deeply relational while also balancing a life of Introvertedness. Ron has been married to Monique for 39 years, has 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Ask him about his motorcycle, sailing, pickleball, baseball and hockey.
